Returns & Refunds
Contact Us - Mach 1 Performance
We are NOT responsible for orders thru our affiliate
websites. Please contact the merchant directly
from whom you ordered your products if
you have questions or problems about your order. We
work closely with our suppliers and believe in
customer satisfaction. We will strive to keep our
customers happy.
All sales thru Mach 1 Performance are
final after carrier receives merchandise from Mach 1
Performance except when:
1) The
customer receives merchandise with
manufacturer defects -
see Defective
Merchandise and RMA Procedures for additional
restrictions

2) The customer receives merchandise that does
not match the invoice -
see Wrong Merchandise
Received and RMA Procedures for additional
restrictions. |
- It is
strongly recommended that customers verify that
all part numbers match the intended application
before placing an order AND that all delivered
merchandise part numbers match the invoice before
any installation takes place.
- Damaged
Merchandise - Shipping accidents occur and
they are the responsibility of UPS, not Mach 1
Performance.
- UPS - While
the delivery driver is present inspect all items
completely for any freight damage. If
shipped UPS and If you discover any freight damage have
the delivery driver note the damage in writing and
contact UPS to
file a claim. UPS will take the necessary steps
to process the claim and reimburse you. Failure
to follow this procedure may prevent UPS from
honoring your claim. Do not contact Mach 1
Performance in the event of freight damages as we
cannot assist you with your claim and we will not
accept any merchandise with freight damage.

Defective Merchandise - All products sold by
Mach 1 Performance carry a manufacturer warranty
against defects in material and workmanship. In
the event you receive defective merchandise,
follow the RMA Procedures noted below. If the RMA
Procedures are followed and if the claimed
manufacturer defect is verified by Mach 1
Performance, an exchange for the same part will be
processed and shipping charges incurred by the
customer in returning the defective merchandise
will be refunded (limited to UPS Ground shipping
only). If an identical part is no longer
available to us, the customer may choose to
receive credit towards a similar product, or a
full refund. If Mach 1 Performance cannot verify
any manufacturer defect, there will be no exchange
or refund (for merchandise or shipping) and the
merchandise in question will be returned to the
customer at the customer's expense. After 30 days
from the invoice date, customer must contact the
respective manufacturer for all warranty claims.

Wrong
Merchandise Received - In the event that you
receive merchandise other than what is on the
invoice, follow the RMA Procedures noted below.
If the RMA Procedures are followed and if the
order error is verified by Mach 1 performance, an
exchange for the correct part will be processed
and shipping charges incurred by the customer in
returning the merchandise will be refunded
(limited to UPS Ground or USPS shipping only). If
the correct part is no longer available to us, the
customer may choose to receive credit towards a
similar product, or a full refund. If we cannot
verify any error in the order, there will be no
exchange or refund (for merchandise or shipping)
and the merchandise in question will be returned
to the customer at the customer's expense. After
30 days from the invoice date, all sales are
final.
RETURNS
- RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedures
Contact Mach 1 Performance by email or by phone or email to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number.
NOTE: All items must be shipped "Pre-Paid" via
UPS Ground or USMAIL to us no later than
30 days
from the invoice date (NO COD's Accepted for
return merchandise). We do not refund
shipping charges, only the actualy merchandise
value. The RMA number must be
clearly marked on the outside of the package near
the customer's address. A copy or orginal Bill of sale,
receipt, name, address, email, etc. MUST be
included to process your refund. All merchandise returned
must be 100% complete, in uninstalled condition,
contain all packing materials, have original UPC
codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all
manuals, blank warranty cards and other
accessories and documentation provided by the
manufacturer.
Mach 1 Performance will not
accept any packages that fail to meet these
requirements. -

Prices
- Prices are
subject to change without notice. In the event of
a price increase, Mach 1 Performance will verify
the new price with customers that have pending
orders before the merchandise is shipped. In the
event that an incorrect price is listed, we
reserve the right to refuse orders and to cancel
any orders at the incorrect price even if the
payment has already been processed. Cancelled
orders will be refunded immediately.

Shipping
- All orders
are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS in
the 48 lower US states after funds are secured.
Usually within 1-2 days, if items are in stock and
it will be normally shipped US Priority.
International, Hawaii, and Alaska shipping charges
will be determined by us after customer submits
order. FEDEX, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS
Next Day Air are available at an "extra charge".
- Multiple item orders
and/or backorders may be shipped separately and
on different days. Notification will be made
when items ship.
- Shipping is
normally done Monday through Friday only,
Sometimes Sat. Morning. A 20% fee will be
charged to your account for any merchandise that
is refused. Please contact us. UPS cannot
deliver to a PO BOX.

Back Orders
- In the
event that an order contains an item that is
currently unavailable, the customer will be
notified as soon as possible. The customer has
the option to receive a full refund or wait for
the part to be shipped.
